Company Overview
Semi Submarine Cruise, based in Havelock Island, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India, is a licensed marine tourism operator offering premium sea experiences including:
Lunch Cruise • Sunset Cruise • Dinner Cruise Water Sports: Parasailing, Jet Ski, Scuba Diving & Kayaking
All activities are conducted in accordance with Indian maritime, tourism, and safety regulations.
Booking & Confirmation
Bookings may be made through our website, authorized partners, or official WhatsApp/phone lines. During booking, you must provide: Full Name, Contact Number, Email, Number of Participants, and Preferred Date. Once payment is processed, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent. Please verify all details and report discrepancies within 24 hours.
Payment Policy
Bookings require full payment or an advance deposit (as specified).
Accepted methods: Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Net Banking.
All rates are quoted in INR and include applicable GST.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment acknowledgment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer-initiated:
More than 72 hrs before activity → 75% refund
48–72 hrs → 50% refund
Less than 48 hrs / No-show → No refund
Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] or sent via WhatsApp.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within7–10 business days.
Date Change: Permitted up to 48 hours before activity, subject to availability.
Company-initiated: Trips may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, technical issues, safety, or government orders. Guests may choose a new date or receive a full refund (excluding external booking-platform fees).
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including storms, mechanical failure, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refund or rescheduling will follow the above policy.
Health, Safety & Guest Responsibility
Guests must disclose any medical conditions (heart ailments, asthma, pregnancy, epilepsy, etc.) before participation.
All underwater and adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk after signing a Health Declaration Form.
Participation may be refused to anyone deemed unfit or intoxicated.
Life jackets and crew instructions must be strictly followed.
Any damage to property, equipment, or marine life due to negligence will be chargeable.
Identification & Eligibility
Only individuals 18 years or older may book; minors may join under guardian supervision. All guests must carry valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID). Foreign nationals must carry a Passport and valid Indian Visa.
Liability Disclaimer
Marine activities naturally involve risks such as seasickness, slips, and minor injuries. By booking, guests voluntarily accept these risks. Semi Submarine Cruise is not liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings Injuries or accidents due to negligence or natural events Delays or cancellations caused by weather or operational conditions Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
Conduct, Environment & Intellectual Property
Guests must maintain courteous behavior toward crew and fellow travelers. Misconduct, harassment, or unsafe actions may lead to removal without refund. Littering or damaging coral reefs is punishable under Indian Coastal & Environmental Laws. All website text, photos, and videos are the intellectual property of Semi Submarine Cruise and cannot be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Privacy, Grievances & Jurisdiction
Personal data (name, contact, payments) are handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For complaints, first inform the onboard staff. Unresolved issues may be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours. These Terms are governed by Indian Law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Port Blair Courts. The Company may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
